How does Kinesiology Work?
Kinesiology uses the gentle art of muscle testing which acts as a tool to communicate with the body when identifying any stress in the body. Through monitoring the muscle response, a practitioner can uncover hidden stressors (structural, emotional, nutritional, psychological, energetic, or other specific imbalances) that may be keeping the client stuck. Personalised and unique corrections are then applied to address the person's imbalances, supporting the body’s natural healing process.
Who can Kinesiology support?
Kinesiology can benefit people of all ages, including both children and the elderly. For children under 16, Maya holds a current Working with Children blue card. A parent or guardian will need to be present during the session.
It is important to note the kinesiologists do not diagnose or treat any specific disorder, disease or symptom.
Common Techniques Used
Drawing from a diverse toolbox of structural, emotional, chemical, electrical, and spiritual techniques, the kinesiologist identifies the priority corrections that will be most beneficial. Using muscle testing, the body reveals the priority corrections required to support the client’s health and wellness goals and restore balance (homeostasis).
